Self-development is everywhere we look. We all know that it's not the love we get from others which leads to long-term happiness, but the love we get from ourselves. The pressure has shifted from finding the love of your life to being the love of your life. It’s not as simple as seeing the hash tag ‘Love Yourself’ on every other post to silence our life-long pal the ‘inner-critic’. Bullet Journal to Love Yourself

Bullet Journal to Love Yourself

  1. Divide your focus between three sections of your body.
  2. Think of three things you like about yourself from each.
  3. Repeat exercise three times a week in-front of the mirror.
  4. Be creative if it's difficult at first.

Create your own Affirmations

  1. Think of three negative thoughts you have about yourself or life.
  2. Write down the exact positive opposite. 
  3. Write your affirmations in the present tense. 
  4. Repeat to yourself every morning and when needed throughout the day.
  5. Choose three more when you've internalized those three.
