Aisling Franciosi is all grown up - and her style has evidently matured too.
Irish audiences may remember Aisling Franciosi, who rose to prominence as a fledgling actress in "The Fall" alongside Jamie Dornan.
In the five years since she was cast as teenager Katie Benedetto, the Italian-born Irish thesp's star has risen considerably. After a stint on "Game of Thrones", the classically trained opera singer signed to major US talent agency WME last year.
The 25-year-old is currently gaining as much traction for her elegant sartorial choices as she is for her powerful turn in "The Nightingale": Jennifer Kent's somewhat controversial movie about a young Irish woman, played by Franciosi, who chases a British officer through the Tasmanian wilderness in the year 1852.

Night night! It’s not often you get to be in a room with your idols while wearing a Chanel dress of dreams. (And ok, eating some scrummy sorbetto mmm). Merci beaucoup @chanelofficial @rebeccacorbinmurray @carolinebarnesmakeup @jonchapmanhair for sending me off feeling happy. Yas. #venezia75 #TheNightingale
As the film, the only entry at the Venice Film Festival directed by a woman, deals with critical acclaim and criticism alike, Franciosi has commended "incredible" Australian director Kent.
Also to be commended is Rebecca Corbin Murray, Franciosi's renowned British stylist.
Corbin Murray opted for an array of stellar looks, including a pastel Miu Miu gown, a gothic lace dress by Givenchy, and elegant black frocks by Chanel and Adeam.
The London-based red carpet pro also works with Gemma Chan, Lily James, Jenna Coleman, up-and-comer Raffey Cassidy, and Shailene Woodley.
It seems like this Dublin native is one we should all be watching, both on screen and off.
