Eating your fruits and veg is way better when they taste like dessert.
If your weekend was anything like ours, you might be looking for a clean, refreshing start to your week...and that starts with breakfast. As much as we’d love to sit down to a frittata and a cappuccino before work every morning, most of us just don’t have the time to get our healthy eating on - even during quarantine.
Cue breakfast smoothies. Healthy and delicious, smoothies make the best breakfast, snack, or even dessert. They're quick and easy to make, and the tastiest way to eat (or drink, rather) your five a day. Simply throw a handful of ingredients in the blender and 30 seconds later, you're sipping on a perfect combo.
