The Two-Step DIY Mask Hailey Bieber Swears By For Glowing Skin

All-natural, super simple and made up of two products you definitely have at home.

If there is one thing celebrities can do right during social distancing measures are in place, is drop their skincare routine.

During a recent Ask Me Anything session on Instagram, Hailey Bieber invited some 26 million of her closest followers to tell her the products they love and the skin concerns they struggle with, prompting a flood of responses and, subsequently, a rare insight into her own beauty routine.

As you may or may not have expected – given the young model's perfectly buttery complexion – there was much talk of acne, which gave the newlywed a chance to play dermatologist.

“I would suggest a good vitamin C serum and a gentle moisturiser without much fragrance,” she advised one fan who described their acne-prone skin as “vulnerable”.

The model also revealed that she swears by a “diaper rash cream for pimples”, and has tried acupuncture to “balance hormones” in hopes it would subsequently lessen the aggression associated with hormonal acne.

She also stated her love for “drying” blemish products such as tea tree, while also confessed that she is guilty of popping one every now and then.

What should come as no surprise to any of us is that the 26-year-old's main goal for her skin is to glow.

“GLOW is what I’m all about… it’s the main thing I want for my skin as well,” she wrote.

How does she get that glow though?

“This is gonna sound crazy but I promise you it helps [reduce dullness]: take an egg, crack it into a bowl, add a little bit of honey, mix it together and put it on your face till it’s dry, and wash off,” she said of her “fun DIY mask”.

Ultimately, she keeps it simple without overloading her skin with “too many ingredients or too many things”, and uses a “good face oil and a good serum” to help impart a “dewy glow”.

There you have it, all the way from Hollywood. Go forth and mix.
