Just A List Of All The Beauty Products My Boyfriend Has Started 'Borrowing' From My Vanity Since Lockdown

I blame Frank Ocean and his perfect skin.

Time to invest in a lock...

There was once a time when beginning my skincare routine was met with groans, signs and "ugh will you just come to bed".  But then Frank Ocean - the political activist and creator of dreamy music that swirls out of speakers and into the atmosphere like slow, colourful brush strokes - conducted a rare interview with GQ, where he opened up about his skincare routine.

Suddenly, it seemed that every man in my life collectively decided to root through my carefully curated skincare collection so they too could be more like Frank Ocean.  It started slowly with questions like What is that? What does it do? Why do you put it on like that? Does it hurt? And eventually…Can I try?

Now that we're in lockdown and boredom has well and truly kicked in, matters have only gotten worse. Rather than bake a delicious loaf of sourdough or binge something on Netflix, my boyfriend has decided now would be a great time to amp up his skincare routine - with the help of my vanity.

So, as a necessary public service, I decided to roundup all the beauty products that have mysteriously gone missing from my vanity since we entered lockdown AND I even went so far to the thief himself for his opinions on the products he's suddenly hooked on. WARNING: They're not as descriptive as you may have hoped.

Keep reading for 11 beauty products that might just go missing if you leave them out too long.
