This Irish-Made Sleep Spray Is The Secret To A Good Night's Sleep

It comes with the Stacey Solomon seal of approval...

ICYDK: The clocks are set to go back this week meaning we gain one precious hour of sleep. To celebrate, we've teamed up with Lucy Wolfe to give one lucky Irish Tatler reader the chance to win her must-have sleep essentials for you AND a friend!

In my dream world I’d be a morning person who wakes up at 5 am with a matcha latte in one hand and a fruit juice in the other, about to check a gym session off my list. The real me feels like I’ve been hit by a truck when my alarm goes off, and I have to fight an inner battle to get up out of bed.

There are a lot of things I enjoy doing. Sleep, however, is not one of them. I know, I know, who have I become?! See the thing is, I'm not an insomniac, I enjoy sleep when I actually can sleep. I adore it, love it even. That feeling when you wake up from a sleep so deep not even a car alarm could wake you—but my problem is those kinds of nights just don't seem to happen anymore. I’ve tried everything short of a prescription from the doctors: no electronics before bed, no napping, yoga, reading, meditation, tea, melatonin, magnesium, essential oils, earplugs, a sleep app that tracks your sleep and wakes you up at the best time, an eye mask, and even a new mattress but nothing works.

Until now. Until I tried Sleep Through Body & Bed Sleep Spray by Lucy Wolfe.

I first heard about it a couple of months ago at a work event and was immediately drawn to it because of how simple it sounded. It wasn’t a potion I had to pre-make or a tablet I had to swallow. I literally just had to pick it up and spray. So I took home a bottle and made note to try out the next time I was tossing and turning in bed.

Infused with lavender and hints of sweet ylang-ylang oil, this handy spray is essentially a magical sleeping potion magic potion, except real. The harmonious blend of scents don't overpower you—they leave you feeling balanced and calm. The floral undertones and tonka absolute (an ingredient that can also help to reduce inflammation) scent help you drift off into a dreamless, and un-spoilt sleep.

I simply spray it on my chest, wrists and, a little on my pyjamas and around my room half an hour before bedtime every single night, and they do more than just help me get to sleep more quickly—they also keep me there. With every head roll across the pillow and every tug of the duvet, this sleep spray settles on my sheets and are re-released into the atmosphere, starting the whole process again.

Even though it’s not always a guarantee, I find that I’m able to knock out faster and stay asleep longer than when I don’t use it, and my sleep quality is noticeably better. I might never be that girl up and ready to go at dawn, but at least I feel functional by the time I roll into the office. And that seems like a win enough.

But don't take my word for it, I want not just you but a friend to try too. To celebrate the clocks going back and gaining an extra hour in bed,  we've teamed up with Lucy Wolfe to give one lucky Irish Tatler reader the chance to win not only the Sleep Through Body & Bed Sleep Spray (€19.99) by Lucy Wolfe but also the Sleep Through by Lucy Wolfe-Relaxing Rub for both you AND a friend.
