From cryotherapy to organic hair care to diamond dust facials - here are the new hair, skin and body treatments to add to your 'must-do' list.

Cryotherapy has long been used on the body to treat injuries, aid recovery and boost circulation and has recently moved into the world of facials. Dublin’s South William Clinic and Spa offers a new Cryo Facial that aims to restore a fresh glow to skin. It’s also particularly good for soothing problematic skin. The treatment utilises freezing temperatures to stimulate collagen and elastin production. As a result, the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles are reduced and the skin appears plumped and firm. It’s particularly good for acne prone skin, redness and rosacea, as the cold helps to reduce inflammation. South William Clinic & Spa, 48 South William Street, Dublin 2; tel:01-5379222
