Why do Scandinavian women always look so stylish? This is their secret dressing rule that has just made our wardrobe a cinch.

Sandwich dressing. No, nothing to do with lunchtime orders or Hellmann's mayo, but a simple rule favoured by Scandinavian cool-girls that will mean you'll avoid those nothing-to-wear moments for the foreseeable.

Tell Me More....

The 'sandwich dressing' rule constitutes wearing a matching shade on your top half, as on your footwear, and sandwiching another colour (complementary or clashing) in between.

Fashion edicts can often be convoluted or just plain extra, but sandwich dressing is so digestible and will guarantee you an air of pulled-togetherness, without having to spare your sartorial decisions too much thought in the mornings.

Not quite convinced? Well, have a look at the Scandi fashionista's below, who employ the sandwiching rule on the reg. And never seem to dress in (ahem) bad taste.
