Emma Stone talks self love
10 celebrity quotes to inspire self love.
Self-development is everywhere we look. We all know that it's not the love we get from others which leads to long-term happiness, but the love we get from ourselves. The pressure has shifted from finding the love of your life to being the love of your life. It’s not as simple as seeing the hash tag ‘Love Yourself’ on every other post to silence our life-long pal the ‘inner-critic’. Loving yourself takes work, and just like anything that requires effort, sometimes we need a little inspiration and support.
Here are some quotes from celebrities to spark a little positivity inside of you and 3 exercises to get you started on your self-love journey:

“One day, I had to sit down with myself and decide that I loved myself no matter what my body looked like and and what other people thought about my body. I got tired of hating myself.”
