It's the start of a new week which means it's time to figure out what to cook.
Our food cravings have inspired this list, based on recipes we've been posting on the site lately. The dishes below are ones we know we'll cook again and again, so try them out with us and let us know what you think.
Saag paneer
This vegetarian recipe comes from LEON Happy Curries which is full of flavourful, easy curry recipes. This saag paneer dish is packed with goodness, so we definitely want to whip it up this week. Get the recipe here.

Ballymaloe lemon meringue pie
Making this bright yellow dessert is a great way to spend an afternoon. You can pipe the meringue as you see fit, so get creative and experiment with different designs. The pastry recipe used here also works really well in other dessert recipes, such as apple pie. Try it out here.

Chicken noodle soup
Do you ever crave total comfort food? We certainly do and if you're anything like us, then this recipe will definitely satisfy your cravings. This noodle soup can be modified as you see fit, so sometimes we add some chilli to give it an extra boost or some lemongrass for a stronger aromatic hit. Try it out here.

Easy homemade scones
This scone recipe from Avoca is absolutely foolproof and again, is completely customisable. To make fruit scones, add some dried sultanas but we like to add some fresh raspberries and lemon zest for a super fresh scone. Get the recipe here.

Black pudding sandwich
As well as being full of flavour, this recipe from Oxmantown is a great way to clear out food from your fridge. If you don't have one or more of the ingredients on hand, feel free to substitute with whatever you have available. Get the recipe here.
