The Daniella Moyles-Approved Fitness Event To Shake Off The January Cobwebs

A kid-friendly, wholly encouraging and healthy-food laden start to the year.

Looking to kickstart some resolutions?

January is known internationally as a time when misery lingers in the air.

Finances are dwindling, a routine has returned with full flourish and, mealtimes no longer consist of entire wheels of cheese. However, the beginning of the year intuitively brings with it a reestablished sense of motivation.

This clean slate allows us to claim the year as our own in a myriad of ways – including the reclamation of endorphins following a month of excessive late nights and sore heads.

Enter, FitYard.

The MOVEMENT+ Fitness event – which takes place in Jam Park, Swords on Saturday 15 of February – is a one-day festival which will bring together the likes of Rowing, Boogie Bounce, HIIT workouts, Yoga and BoxFit in one place, to bring the fun element back into a health kick.

Coaches on the day include Irish international rugby star Megan Williams, Olympian Niall O’Toole, Ireland boxer Tony Browne and influencer Daniella Moyles who promise to put you through your paces while also providing an encouraging and informative environment in which even true beginners can blossom.
