Prep time: 10 minutes
- 1 New York Bakery Co. The Original Bagel
- 4 slices of salt beef
- 2 Swiss cheese slices
- 10g of sauerkraut
- 5 gherkin slices
- 1 tspb American mustard
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
Begin with slicing the bagel in two and spreading the mustard over the bottom half. Layer
on the slices of salt beef, followed by the Swiss cheese. Add some excitement by placing
the bagel under the grill for 2 minutes. Meanwhile, spread some mayo on the underside of
the bagel lid. When the cheese has melted, pull out the grill and top your bagel off with the
sauerkraut, gherkins and the mayo-covered lid.
Prep time: 15 minutes
- 1 New York Bakery Co. Red Onion and Chive Bagel
- 50g tzatziki
- 1/2 cucumber
- A sprinkling of finely chopped fresh chives
Slice your bagel in two, ready for topping. In a bowl combine the fresh chives with the tzatziki before smearing onto your bagel halves. Create cucumber ribbons using a vegetable peeler and lay them on top.
