Even though we're all still practising social distancing and most of us are working from home, we still want to help support Irish food and drink producers.
We've decided to help our readers #ShopForIreland so we'll be posting every day to highlight producers around Ireland. Get in touch on our social channels with your suggestions on who we should write about.
Rascals Brewing Company
Rascals Brewery in Inchicore is open Thursday-Sunday every week and serving up a great no-contact pizza menu for collection. There are four different pizzas available and you can preorder from 3pm every day, while collection is available from 4-9pm or until stocks run out. To order, call 01-538 2051 or 01-537 2752 and pay over the phone. You can also order beer for delivery or collection on the Rascals' website - beer will be delivered nationwide within 3-5 working days or you can collect from the Inchicore brewery. Vouchers for brewery tours are also available to purchase through the online store
Clean Cut Meals
Galway-based meal prep company Clean Cut Meals is attempting to feed our frontline workers healthy, nutritional food but needs your help to do it. The company helps to create customised meals that fit with consumers nutritional goals and then delivers the meals around the country, however at the minute, they are focused on delivering healthy meals to medical and frontline staff all over Ireland. As many are working very long hours leaving them with little time to shop or cook, many aren't fuelling themselves properly, so Clean Cut Meals has pledged to deliver healthy meals to the workplaces of those who need them. To help them produce these meals, Clean Cut Meals has set up GoFundMe page as they are too small to financially cover the cost by themselves. To donate, click here.

Mash Direct deliveries
Mash Direct, the award-winning vegetable company based in County Down, has launched a delivery service to ensure that customers all over Ireland can access its products. Mash Direct produces 'field-to-fork' vegetable accompaniments, like mashed potato, potato croquettes and cabbage, all of which are gluten-free and steam cooked for freshness.
The Mash Direct online store is now offering boxes for delivery, which cost €25 each, plus €3.99 postage. The boxes can be customised according to your own preferences, or you can choose from the bespoke selections available on the site. There is also a 'Feed The Heroes' box available to purchase, where you can pay for a box to be sent to a local hospital to be shared amongst the frontline staff. For more info, head to the Mash Direct online store.
