It's five years since Meghan Markle's last visit to Dublin, and since then she's swapped her life as an American actress for that of a Duchess. On her previous visit to Trinity College, she wore skinny jeans...but this time it was a very different affair, with very different royal-approved wardrobe – one which comes with a hefty price tag.
On their first official tour as a married couple, the trip to Dublin lasted just over 24 hours and Meghan managed to fit in an impressive four looks.
If you were a fan of the Duchess' sartorial selections, here's a breakdown of how much each of her stylish outfits might set you back....
Outfit 1: Airport Attire
Touching down at Dublin Airport, Meghan opted for a green Givenchy ensemble. A big Clare Waight Keller fan, The Duchess also wore Givenchy on her wedding day and for her debut solo event with the Queen.
The emerald green (or Aer Lingus green as we like to think of it) outfit consisted of a pencil skirt (available for €1,362) and a bespoke top which Markle paired with Paul Andrew pumps (€536) and a tan Strathberry tote (€526).
Outfit 2: Garden Party Glam
For the summer party in Glencarin, the south Dublin residence of the British Ambassador, Meghan stepped out in a black belted sleeveless dress by Emilia Wickstead (reportedly worth an approximate €1,667). As for for her footwear choice, the Duchess went for Aquazzura's Deneuve Black Bow Pointy Toe Pump (€750), a black Givenchy clutch (€1,704) and diamond drop earrings (€2,975).
Wickstead was perhaps an unusual choice for Meghan, considering the drama that unfolded around her wedding dress.
Outfit Three: Presidential Poise
For the newlyweds' meeting with Michael Higgins and his wife Sabina, the Duchess wore a taupe boatneck dress, with an asymmetrical draped skirt by French designer Roland Mouret (€1,697). She accessorised the outfit with Birks Snowflake Snowstorm earrings (€10,272), Paul Andrew heels (€725) and a Fendi Peekaboo Essentials bag (€5,563).
Outfit Four: Pitch-side Power
For her final look and her visit to the home of the GAA, Meghan stunned in another bespoke Givenchy classic: black pantsuit (€2,827) with a Lavender Hill boat t-shirt (€39) underneath. She paired the look with a Givenchy belt (€321), a Givenchy bag (€2,098), and Sarah Flint heels (€305).
A wardrobe fit for a princess...and for the budget of one too!
