Sorry to be Blunt, But Skinny Jeans are Dead.

Apparently, mom's the word...

Out with the old, in with the...older

They're the backbone of our wardrobes, the saviour we turn to in times of sartorial struggle and the fashion industry's most in-demand item: Skinny jeans, we will forever be in your debt.

The staple in every wardrobe has somehow managed to transcend every season but like most things in life, if you truly love something, you have to let it go.

Happy international women’s day everyone . #internationalwomensday to me is for all those girls that have triumphed in anyway that has made them feel great about themselves, achievements big or small. To me it’s not all about the ‘bad ass bitch boss girl gang squad goaaalz’. Just waking up in the morning thinking ‘I can do this I’m gonna achieve something today’ is good enough. Encouraging others to do their best and standing for positivity, equality and support is what it’s all about for me. Get up, kick ass in whichever way that is for you, just show the world that you can and that being a woman has no limitations  make yourself proud 落 photo by photography legend @paulaaverkamp

Slowly but surely, mom jeans have been creeping their way out of your mother's wardrobe and into yours. The shopping app revealed that online searches for the retro style are up by a whopping 3700% confirming that mom is the new skinny.

With a relaxed fit, a high waistband, a retro vibe: mom jeans have a lot going for them. Just like your skinny jeans, mom jeans will go with absolutely everything in your wardrobe. From a band tee and runners to a statement blazer and strappy heel, mom jeans are the way forward.
